The Superior Double Room was comfy with great air conditioning, which is a must in the Hanoi heat. I liked the spaciousness, and the shower had solid pressure. The mattresses were soft, perfect for recharging after a long day exploring. The only drawback was the street noise at night, which sometimes made it tough to get a good sleep. Otherwise, the room was a lovely place to unwind after a busy day.

Couple's retreat with fantastic staff
We stayed in a superior double room, and it was quite cozy! The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heat, and the shower had a decent pressure, which surprised me. The staff really went above and beyond. I needed to send some laundry out, and they had it done quickly and perfectly. I was also impressed when one of the receptionists offered to take me to a shop to get a SIM card when I asked. That kind of service is hard to find!

It was just a balanced option for a weekend trip in Hanoi with great value for money. I really enjoyed the plentiful breakfast buffet, which had a lot of options to choose from. If possible, ask for a room away from the street noise for a better night's sleep.
