Absolutely loved the staff's dedication to service! They provided awesome travel tips and helped organize excursions. The room was comfortable and clean, but the street noise was a bit much at night. 🌙

The massages I received at the hotel spa were exceptional, with one being particularly outstanding.

The noise from the street was quite disruptive, especially at night.

    comfy room

    tough sleep

The Superior Double Room was comfy with great air conditioning, which is a must in the Hanoi heat. I liked the spaciousness, and the shower had solid pressure. The mattresses were soft, perfect for recharging after a long day exploring. The only drawback was the street noise at night, which sometimes made it tough to get a good sleep. Otherwise, the room was a lovely place to unwind after a busy day.

wonderful oasis in hanoi with helpful staff at the ready

At Hong Ngoc Cochinchine Hotel & Spa, we experienced exceptional service! The staff's willingness to help us find local shops and recommendations was priceless. The hotel’s location is perfect for walking around and exploring the vibrant city. The breakfast options were diverse, featuring both Vietnamese and Western dishes, making every morning delightful. I truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, a much-needed break from the hustle and bustle, along with soft beds and good air conditioning.

    exceptional service

    Couple's retreat with fantastic staff

We stayed in a superior double room, and it was quite cozy! The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heat, and the shower had a decent pressure, which surprised me. The staff really went above and beyond. I needed to send some laundry out, and they had it done quickly and perfectly. I was also impressed when one of the receptionists offered to take me to a shop to get a SIM card when I asked. That kind of service is hard to find!

There can be occasional street noise that might disrupt sleep during the night.

    diverse breakfast
    street noise

We enjoyed a spacious family suite with our pet. The staff were genuinely attentive, and the breakfast spread included various options, making mornings a little more exciting. Exploring Hanoi brought the charming experience of folk performances, especially the Water Puppet shows nearby.

My wife says that the nearby street noise disrupted our sleep.

It was just a balanced option for a weekend trip in Hanoi with great value for money. I really enjoyed the plentiful breakfast buffet, which had a lot of options to choose from. If possible, ask for a room away from the street noise for a better night's sleep.
